       上海师范大学数理学院教授、博士生导师、数学系主任。娄本东教授主要从事反应扩散方程的相关研究,尤其是对带自由边界的反应扩散方程的研究获得了一系列重要的结果,发表于J.Eur. Math. Soc.、Ann.Inst.H.Poincare Anal. Non Lineaire、SIAM

J.Math.Anal、J.Funct.Anal.、Comm.PDE等杂志,主持多项国家自然科学基金。

摘      要:

       In nonlinear diffusion problems, traveling waves and more general entire solutions can be used to describe the dynamics of the transition layer (or the interface) of the solutions.From a dynamical point of view, each of these waves can be regarded as a heteroclinic orbit connecting two steady states. In this talk we consider a generalized mean curvature flow (arising in the singular limit of some reaction diffusion equations) with non-constant,non-periodic, but asymptotically periodic coefficients. We will construct an entire solution,prove its uniqueness, and show that it does not connect two steady states, but two periodic traveling waves for the limiting problems. (与袁丽霞、陈瑞琪合作)
